About the Team

You will be a member of our product team focusing on building first class AI Augmented analytical products. You will be leading product development, including architecture evolution, implementation designs, and you will be responsible for critical technical decisions. You will contribute to the Engineering operations, implement and adopt the right Engineering practices, strive for efficient and innovative product delivery. Last but not least you will guide and mentor the team, contribute to the team growth and future success of the product.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for design and implementation of robust, efficient, and maintainable services,
Advice fellow software engineers on the design and development of software following state-of-the-art software engineering and architectural principles,
Cooperate with multiple internal and external teams to align on feature design and development including persistence layer, backend and frontend and integration of external services,
Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment,
Be working closely with fellow developers, testers, UX designers, Product Managers across our teams.
About You
Basic Qualifications
15+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise software
Good communication, time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven experience architecting and designing new features
Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles
Mastering whole software development lifecycle process
Deep knowledge of programming languages and frameworks
Experience with crafting detailed technical documents
Strong grasp of algorithms, design patterns, coding best practices, unit testing
Other Qualifications include experience with
Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot
JavaScript or TypeScript and React
SQL, JDBC and core database concepts
Machine Learning and big-data processing
Cloud deployment and technologies
Distributed systems, scalability and performance tuning
Expertise in usage of AI coding tools like Claude code, and Cursor
Experience or at least good in-depth knowledge of Test Driven Development
