The Principal Software Architect, Platform is a senior technical leader responsible for the core platform architecture that underpins R365’s products. You’ll drive the design for shared platform services (identity, permissions, workflow, integrations, data foundations, and core application capabilities), ensuring they are secure, scalable, and reusable across product lines. In addition to platform decomposition and modernization, you will guide the organization toward a scalable marketplace ecosystem that enables partners, developers, and product teams to safely extend and innovate on the platform through well-defined APIs, events, and extension models. This role combines deep hands-on architectural expertise with cross-functional leadership, driving technical standards that enable teams to deliver faster with higher quality.
