To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a senior product leader responsible for redefining how members experience their first interactions with the organization. This role bridges business strategy, digital capability development, and operational execution to create a seamless onboarding journey across digital, call center, and partner touchpoints.
Critically, this position serves as a catalyst for shifting the organization toward modern product thinking—establishing a unified roadmap model that integrates diverse workstreams without threatening existing ownership structures. Through influence, clarity, and prioritized execution, you will prove the value of cross-enterprise product management principles while delivering measurable business and member outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
Define and champion a unified, value-based onboarding roadmap that harmonizes strategic requests from Digital, Channels, and Lines of Business, setting the foundation for enterprise-level alignment.
Lead through partnership, articulating the “why” behind priorities to senior stakeholders to drive consensus and coordinated delivery across siloed functions.
Build frameworks that connect strategy to execution, providing transparency into dependencies, risks, and delivery progression—helping to mature product operating models.
Serve as the enterprise advocate for onboarding excellence, building the narrative that product thinking drives measurable business value (retention, LTV, lower cost to serve).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or related.
Experience: 8–12+ years of product leadership experience in complex, regulated environments (Healthcare, Financial Services, or comparable).
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, aligning multiple independent teams around shared objectives.
Product Acumen: Proven experience defining long-term product capability strategies—translating multi-year business goals into iterative delivery roadmaps.
Technical Fluency: Familiarity with decisioning and personalization technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Pega CDH, Salesforce Interaction Studio, or equivalent AI/ML platforms).
Strategic Mindset: Strong command of both business value realization and agile-at-scale product practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology, or related.
Background in agile marketing planning or enterprise transformation.
Thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, handles decisions with ease, and has the ability to navigate ambiguity.
