Job Title: Principal Product Manager, Tactical Cross Domain

Location: Remote (Herndon, VA or Richardson, TX preferred)

Position Description:

Everyfox is seeking a Product Manager to join the Cross Domain solutions team reporting to the Everfox Sr. Director of Product Management.  As a member of the Everfox Product Management team, the Product Manager will partner with sales, professional services, and product development to support the definition of new features and product enhancements for our Tactical Cross Domain products.  Successful candidates are those who have proven to help set strategic direction for a product line and drive individual product direction which aligns and contributes to growth of the business.

Everfox is the leading provider of commercially available Cross Domain solutions and provides products that address the access of sensitive data. Our tactical solutions permit customers to securely transfer and access sensitive data from multiple sensitive and/or classified networks in tactical environments.

Responsibilities:

Act as the communication and coordination conduit between Sales/Professional Services and Product Development translating user and business needs and goals into specific software requirements

Gain agreement and alignment on product requirements and roadmaps, product development schedules, and technology partnerships

Act as the Product Management point of contact for all sales and customer interactions and engagements

Monitor the market and coordinate with internal customer representatives to develop competitive analysis

Manage and help evangelize product strategy for the Tactical product lines working closely with the collective Product Management organization, the CTO office, Sales, Development and Professional Services

Coordinate and communicate product priorities to ensure that the business continues to lead the market with the right features, positioning, pricing, and promotion, working closely with all business stakeholders

Coordinate product/release go-to-market activities including preparing pricing models and presentations, coordinating with marketing to establish promotion strategy, and enable the Sales and Professional Services teams to be able to support the product

Desired Skills and Experience:

Required Skills

  • 10+ years' experience in the software development/product industry with related bachelor’s degree

  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have strong background in business principles, a broad familiarity with government customers, and previous product management experience

  • Must be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and able to operate with minimal supervision in a highly visible, high-pressure environment

  • Must be able to multi-task and move from topic to topic throughout the day providing responses in a timely, clear, and accurate manner

  • Must be a creative and innovative troubleshooter with problem-solving skills

  • Must be willing to travel

  • Must be a US person and willing and eligible to gain at least Secret government clearance

Desired Skills

  • Experience working in networking and/or virtualization software

  • Experience with defense contracting/FAR

Familiarity with information assurance products

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$191,800.00-250,900.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
