Your Team
Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and Developers from diverse backgrounds. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product, while always leaving space for fresh ideas and new approaches. Your Mission
You’ll drive the design perspective in your projects and provide direction through the end-to-end design process as you design and validate solutions. Starting with effective problem framing through ideation, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes (and ending with user-validated, high-fidelity designs), you’ll design features/tools our users will delight in. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers in cross-functional teams, and other peers, stakeholders, and experts. You will shape and strategize the development of the product’s design and flesh out guidelines and patterns. All the while, you’ll balance creating engaging and beautiful user experiences with your understanding of user behaviour that you back up with data – the same data you’ll use to measure success.
