  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, systems engineering, network architecture, or technical consulting roles.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise sales teams in quota-driven environments.
  • Strong background in large strategic account management and customer-facing technical sales engagements.
  • Experience designing and selling complex networking solutions across multiple product portfolios.
  • Experience working with channel partners, VARs, and strategic alliances preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as Aruba, HPE, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent preferred.
  • Must reside in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and be open to travel up to approximately 40%–60% within the territory.

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value for customers.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution positioning skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
  • Executive presence and confidence presenting to CIOs, CTOs, and senior leadership teams.
  • Strong competitive acumen with experience displacing incumbent vendors.
