About the Role
Seeking an opportunity where you can apply your analytical and strategic mindset to create operational change? Join us as Principal Integrated Production and be part of a team that transforms ideas into strategy and brings plans and schedules into harmony for operational success.
In this role, you will coordinate long-term vision with short-term execution, bridging strategy with operations, and aligning diverse functions to create unified plans across our mining and refining operations, to enable better collaboration and data driven decisions. It’s an exciting chance to influence strategy, strengthen governance, and provide insights that create meaningful impact across the entire value chain.
Your key focus areas and purpose will be:
Maintaining and updating short and long-term Integrated ore profiles with clear, impactful visuals.
Developing Integrated Schedule SteerCo materials and creating tactical and strategic TARPs to support planning.
Conducting downstream scenario testing for ore and alumina impacts, supporting capital project alignment, and managing deviations effectively.
Facilitating production calls and working closely with mining, refining, and functional teams like Finance, Reliability Excellence, and Marketing.
Owning weekly reporting processes, contributing to monthly production accounting, and providing actionable updates that guide decision making.

What you can bring to the role
Tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or a related discipline with relevant industry experience.
Strong understanding of operational environments and production processes with expertise in integrated scheduling.
A passion for continuous improvement and change management, focusing on efficiency, alignment, and delivering better outcomes.
Skills in tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI, Office Timeline, or Microsoft Project would be desirable, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience in scenario testing, deviation management, and production planning to drive informed decisions.
A creative and collaborative approach to solving complex challenges, with exceptional ability to engage stakeholders, build strong relationships, and work effectively across diverse teams in dynamic environments.
