What you’ll achieve

As a Platform Integration Engineer, you will take the technical lead during pre-sales engagement, using a consultative approach towards the customers to fully understand their overall business goals. From there, you will translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions. You will be accountable to manage the IOP related incidents and troubleshoot highly complex technical problems around the IOP platform to our global customer base.

You will:

• Provides post-sales and implementation architecture and engineering services for managed services customers
• Lead the implementation of solutioned services using industry-standard technologies
• Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and ongoing service improvements for integration solutions
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation of integration infrastructure issues

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of professional Platform integration engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with system integration, technical process workflows, and associated technologies
• Experience with Azure in Developer role
• Experience in administering Azure
• Experience using Azure to facilitate data communication between systems
• Experience using Boomi to facilitate data communication between systems
• Experience with Service Now and similar ITSM IT Service Management solutions

Desirable Requirements

·       Managed Services provider experience working in customer facing roles

·       Azure certifications (Foundations, Administrator, Developer)
