Role Overview:
The Merchandising Operation team of Coupang Ads (advertising function) focuses on Display Advertisements among Coupang’s ad products and provides advertisers with solutions that help them use the predetermined ad cost most efficiently. The team is responsible for the overall Display Ad business from media mix proposal to operations with the goal of achieving ad KPI, and constantly checks, manages, and improves work processes and issues to increase work efficiency and stabilize operations.
What You Will Do:
- Propose packages for the predetermined Display Ad budget and sign contracts
- Establish customized advertising SOPs for each business function and run settlement for Display Ads
- Manage Display Ad slot inventory and create & distribute operation guides per slot
- Manage the ad booking system and work on projects for development/improvement
- Run training on the advertising process for new business functions (walkthrough of the advertising process)
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on e-commerce ad operations experience
- Basic advertising knowledge
- Ability to create and manage dashboards for internal use (data literate, Excel, PPT)
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL literate
- Native or fluent of English proficiency
