Role Overview 

We are looking for a Principal Digital Design Engineer to help shape nextgeneration DRAM technologies. In this role, you will translate product requirements into design architectures, develop digital blocks, and collaborate across global engineering teams to deliver highperformance memory solutions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Translate product requirements into architecture specifications with consideration for power, performance, area, cost, and full-chip integration. 

  • Design complex digital blocks using semicustom methodologies. 

  • Define digital block requirements (interfaces, behavior, timing). 

  • Develop testbenches for behavioral and synthesizable designs. 

  • Perform functional and gatelevel verification. 

  • Support silicon bringup and design validation activities. 

  • Use AIdriven tools to streamline workflows and enhance design efficiency. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field. 

  • 10+ years of experience in digital design for semiconductor or memory products. 

  • Experience in RTL design of digital blocks with Verilog or VHDL. 

  • Experience with schematic/gate level design and simulations. 

  • Experience with industrystandard EDA tools (e.g., SystemVerilog, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, Xcelium, Spyglass). 

  • Experience with scripting languages and automation tools such as Python, TCL, Claude Code, Atlassian toolchain. 

  • Track record of strong mentorship; Great teammate and ready to work in an international environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Synthesis, Constraining, STA. 

  • Background in memory design, DRAM architecture.
