Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analog, firmware, validation, operations) to ensure robust, manufacturable solutions
Influence product roadmaps and contribute to innovation through patents, publications, and methodology improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
10+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC digital design, with shipped silicon in high-volume or high-reliability markets
Demonstrated in-house expertise in at least two of the following:
Mixed-signal SoC digital architecture for power/connectivity products
DFT strategy and production test optimization
Power intent (UPF), CDC/RDC closure, and sign-off methodologies
Silicon bring-up, failure analysis, yield/reliability improvements
High proficiency with front-end digital design and scripting languages (e.g., SystemVerilog, C, Python)
High proficiency with RTL-to-GDS flows (e.g. Genus, Conformal, Innovus, Tempus, Modus)
Working comprehension of the operation and measurement of analog circuits
Technical leadership, mentoring, and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs
Good organization; written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
