The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully launching and managing data products.

About the Job

This role blends strategy, design, and execution. You'll partner closely with engineering, analytics, and business leaders to define the roadmap, prioritize investments, and deliver data products that are not only technically sound but deeply impactful. You'll be the champion of data activation—ensuring that insights are accessible, actionable, and aligned to our company's values and goals.

If you're passionate about building elegant data experiences, driving enterprise-wide change, and leaving a legacy of data excellence, we'd love to meet you.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on data platforms, analytics, or enterprise data products.
  • Deep understanding of modern data architectures including cloud data warehouses (GCP preferred), data mesh, and data lake concepts.
  • Experience with data migrations, report rationalization, and KPI standardization across large organizations.
  • Experience with data governance, metadata management, and building scalable self-service analytics environments.
  • Strong track record of driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, analytics, and business teams.
  • Comfortable navigating complex trade-offs and making strategic decisions that balance technical feasibility, user experience, and business impact.
  • Passionate about building analytical communities and fostering a culture of data literacy and empowerment.
  • You can translate technical concepts into business value and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Retail or apparel experience is a bonus, but not required, but curiosity and customer empathy are essential.
