Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Data Analyst with 6+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics skills to drive strategic procurement decisions, optimize spending, and enhance supplier relationships.

Who you will work with

Reporting & Analytics position is based in Gurugram office and is part of a team Global procurement and payables procurement team.

What will you do?

-Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities

 - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

- Conduct spend analysis and category management to optimize procurement strategies

- Ensure data quality and integrity across procurement systems

- Perform supplier performance analysis and risk assessments

- Lead special projects related to procurement analytics and process optimization

-Present findings and recommendations to management and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven procurement initiatives

Analyze complex procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

- Develop predictive models to forecast future spending and market trends

What you need to succeed:

  -Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

-Strong skills in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.

-Understanding data warehousing concepts and data management best practice

Preferred skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

- 6+ years of experience in procurement reporting, dashboarding and analytics

- Strong experience and hands on with Tableau, Excel for data visualization and analysis.

- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices

- Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP 4 /HANA and good understanding of procurement      process, data elements to retrieve base data from the SAP procurement and ERP.

- Knowledge of machine learning , predictive analytics techniques and programming languages such as Python, SQL is a plus
