Job Responsibilities

• Leading in the evaluation, analysis, design and maintenance of the organization's HRIS and enforcing related policies and procedures.
• Evaluating business needs; monitoring the progress of ongoing HRIS programs to ensure the effectiveness.
• Identifying new human resources needs and the software products to fulfill those needs.
• Researching HRIS problems and recommending relevant systems and technology solutions.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

• 4 years - Experience with ERP application implementation and maintenance, in all phases of the application life-cycle.
• 5 years - Project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes

Skills\Certifications

• Ability to design business processes and align systems to support customer needs
