What You'll Do:
This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with leaders throughout the organization in order to help design solutions leveraging information gathering and analysis/modeling skills. Helping manage efforts utilizing an Agile method, this role will direct collaboration with owners, users, developers, and QA teammates to ensure that solutions are addressing the owner’s vision and the challenges presented in the identified processes. Analytical skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and knowledge automation capabilities are foundational to success in this role.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
Direct organizational value through active listening and translating identified challenges into actionable plans and stories
Ensure collective team efforts are measurable and support continuous improvement
Collaborate with team owners and SMEs to identify process pain points and opportunities to leverage automation to increase value and efficiency throughout the organization
Direct the development of a holistic approach by partnering with process owners to prescribe process solutions and manage expectations through the process
Write agile user stories that will inform the development and testing teams as to required features
Direct UAT and test scenario/case development
Facilitate UAT of deployment complete projects
Analyze impact from process changes to risks and controls within processes
Manage expectations and report project progress to stakeholders, team members, and management
Serve as a liaison between development partners and business SMEs
Define and execute the roadmap for automation within OCC
Work closely with OCC information technology teams to integrate the automation platforms with other existing platforms
Direct and enable all Agile ceremonies that support solution delivery
Work as a member of the Process Innovation team, and coordinate with all team members to address customer requests

Education & Training
[Required] Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology field

Compensation
Salary Range
$164,600.00 - $244,000.00Incentive Range
23% to 30%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
