About the Role

We are seeking a transformation leader to reimagine end-to-end processes through an AI-first lens—identifying what should be automated, augmented, redesigned, or removed to unlock material cost savings and operational velocity. Sitting within (or partnering closely with) the Office of AI, this role combines rigorous Lean Six Sigma with practical AI enablement, clear governance, and rapid test-and-scale execution. You will build and run an intake + prioritization funnel, map critical value streams, and deliver measurable savings tied to the P&L—while upskilling teams to think “AI-enabled” across the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI-First Process Transformation: Drive the identification and implementation of AI-driven improvements across end-to-end business processes.
• Strategic Opportunity Identification: Pinpoint processes ripe for automation, augmentation, redesign, or elimination to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
• Value Stream Mapping: Conduct comprehensive value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for AI intervention.
• Deliver Measurable Results: Ensure all initiatives are tied to quantifiable P&L savings and operational velocity improvements.
• Capability Building: Upskill and empower teams across the business to adopt an "AI-enabled" thinking and problem-solving approach.

Who You Are

• Lean Six Sigma mastery (DMAIC/DFSS, VSM, SIPOC, CTQ, root-cause, control plans)
• End-to-end value-stream mapping and future-state design and L1 to L4 process mapping
• Ability to create repeatable process for documenting processes and future visioning
• AI/automation literacy (copilots/agents, RPA/orchestration, ML-based decisioning)
• Process mining & analytics; KPI design and dashboarding for sustained control
• Program/portfolio management; benefits realization tied to P&L
• Strong financial acumen (business casing, sensitivity/ROI analysis) and program management at scale
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and collaborative sessions
• Vision for how AI can transform operations and outcomes
• Ability to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives
• Skill for identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization within processes
• Nice to have process-mining tools; retail/commerce experience
