About the Department
Our Enterprise Data & AI team drives innovation by enabling secure, compliant, and high-quality data for advanced AI solutions. We collaborate across engineering, data science, and business units to deliver scalable platforms and insights. Joining us means working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll shape AI capabilities that transform client experiences and business outcomes.
Data Strategy Leadership:
You will own and evolve the AI data strategy for Sales Assist.
You will define vision, operating model, and governance for enterprise-wide data sharing.
You will create a roadmap for readiness in large language models, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
AI-Ready Data Architecture & Enablement:
You will design AI-optimized data architectures for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation.
You will develop strategies for vector database integration and embedding storage.
You will define GraphQL API approaches for secure, efficient data access.
You will partner with engineering teams to build scalable ingestion and embedding pipelines.
You will align with enterprise data stacks like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
You will integrate CRM and external data sources to enrich AI insights.
Governance, Ethics & Compliance:
You will establish governance policies ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and SEC standards.
You will define metadata and lineage frameworks for transparency and auditability.
You will collaborate with Legal and Compliance to maintain ethical AI practices.
Collaboration & Influence:
You will partner with AI Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to align priorities.
You will translate business needs into actionable data strategies.
You will present progress and insights to executives to guide investments.
You will mentor analysts and architects to foster an innovation-driven culture.
Experience:
10+ years in data strategy, architecture, or AI platforms with enterprise-scale delivery.
Background in financial services or asset management with CRM and client intelligence exposure.
Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and AI platform engineering.
Strong knowledge of data lakes, warehouses, and vector database architectures.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred:
Expertise in GraphQL API design and RESTful services.
Experience with semantic search, embedding generation, and LLM-based retrieval frameworks.
