Principal - Account Management

Role purpose
As a principal - account management, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with key customers by comprehending their requirements and offering sales solutions. Develops and executes sales strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of the account. You are responsible for expanding our sales accounts; driving sales; generating new business sales within your nominated account or set of accounts. You are ultimately accountable for all activities within the account you are responsible for.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in your industry
•Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
•Identifying valuable emerging markets
•Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
•Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
•Developing specific plans to ensure both long and short-term goals
•Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
•Understanding of complex and lengthy sales cycles and how to create achievable milestones
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders
•Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
•Must be strategic, flexible, tenacious and results-oriented. Excellent problem solving, communication, and client management skills are essential.
•Establish effective collaborative relations with other departments within the business unit or external organizations.
•They must be comfortable presenting to senior business leaders and technology leaders and must be persuasive and influential.
•Experience in Airline domain
•Management Graduate or equivalent
