This Principal Public Relations Manager will lead and execute PR and communications initiatives from our Prague headquarters. This role will develop and drive PR strategies, execute on corporate messaging, and strengthen media relationships to elevate Gen’s and its family of brands' reputation and visibility. They will partner closely with executive leadership in Prague, with the global communications teams, and with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on key narratives and priority announcements.
In addition, this position will coordinate and support our international PR agency network, ensuring consistent messaging, streamlined processes, and strong performance across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Execution of HQ-driven PR and corporate communications strategies.
Manage proactive media relations, thought leadership, and press opportunities.
Craft and refine company messaging, press materials, and executive communications.
Collaborate with global teams to support major announcements, product launches, and issues management.
Oversee and support regional PR agencies, ensuring alignment, quality, and operational efficiency.
Monitor media trends, competitive activity, and reputational risks.
