We are looking for a VSP/PRN Primary Care Physician to join our team at CenterWell Primary Care in Chesapeake, VA. This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- We consider this role patient facing and if we select you for this role, we will require you to screen for TB.
- You must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two+ years of experience.
- 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish. Can speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance. See Additional Information on testing

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$219,400 - $306,900 per year
