• Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
• No weekends
• No hospital rounds
• Limited phone-only call rotation
• Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in limited phone call coverage
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active or eligible Florida medical license.
• Experience with senior-focused or value-based care preferred.
• TB screening participation required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
