CenterWell is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our expanding senior-focused clinical team in Poinciana Florida. This opportunity supports longer visits, strong clinical resources, and a value-based care model centered on quality outcomes.

Our physicians enjoy interdisciplinary team support, manageable patient panels, longer visit times, and centralized resources for quality and documentation.

Schedule & Work Model

• Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
• No weekends
• No hospital rounds
• Limited phone-only call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in limited phone call coverage

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active or eligible Florida medical license.
• Experience with senior-focused or value-based care preferred.
• TB screening participation required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$203,400 - $299,500 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
