Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Pricing Specialist who will shape and implement the local pricing strategy in close collaboration with Market Access, Commercial, and Finance teams, in line with the EMEA/CEE framework. Employment is through an external fixed-term contract for a duration of one year.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Carrying out pricing projects, by working closely with Market Access Head, and commercial and finance team (competitive landscape, price analytics, procedures and rules).
Coordination of local pricing strategy for new products and strategic portfolio pricing reviews in collaboration with Market Access Head.
Ensure that pricing strategies at country level are well defined, executed and aligned with EMEA / CEE
Responsible for guidelines, procedures and regular reports; pricing responsible for audit purposes upon request
Update local pricing database/Pricing tool, including all relevant data to be shared with other countries/EMEA/global, and drive approval for exceptions
Execution of pricing strategies for new products and strategic portfolio review
Streamline local pricing processes and ensure appropriate empowerment of sales force for price quotes and execution
Conduct research to better understand market
Support preparing reimbursement Dossiers.
Supporting the analysis impact of pricing strategies, execution and results with BUs in order to support commercial decisions
Conduct research to better understand market - IMS analysis.

Requirements (Work Experience & Skills):
Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position is an advantage
University degree in health/biomedical sciences
English and Croatian fluent in speaking and writing
Excellent statistical and analytical ability and communication skills
Capable of self-directed learning and having a growth mindset
Capable to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively and collaboratively on multifunctional teams
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in data and documentation
