Responsibilities:
Work closely with overseas offices, agents and customers to update the cargo status and answer their queries
Handle price negotiations with airlines, General Sales Agent (GSA) and service provider
Handle pricing & calculation and make offers to sales, agents and overseas offices
Quote competitive RFQ and ad-hoc rate to overseas offices to win more business
Support with other daily operations in team
Manage all the rate enquiry
Take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs
Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or above
Minimum 3 year relevant experience in air freight forwarding field
Proficiency in MS Office Application
Knowledge in Cargowise would be an advantage
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
Willing to learn, self-motivated and commercial thinking
Good communication and negotiation skills
