PRA Manager

Lead the development and execution of payer, reimbursement, and access strategies to optimize patient access and ensure sustainable reimbursement for Lilly brands, in alignment with the company’s global framework and local healthcare environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Demonstrates deep understanding of the local healthcare system, including key decision-making bodies and the PRA/HTA process.

• Identifies and analyzes key stakeholders at national, regional, and local levels, understanding their needs, behaviors, and perspectives.

• Interprets healthcare environment factors and trends that influence the management of patients across disease areas.

• Evaluates market dynamics and payer trends to anticipate opportunities and risks that may impact brand performance and access.

• Understands disease characteristics, current standards of care, and patient pathways to identify unmet needs from both patients and payers.

• Analyzes and applies clinical data from Lilly brands to identify opportunities for real-world evidence generation that supports payer value.

• Monitors competitor actions and therapeutic landscape to anticipate their potential impact on the PRA success of Lilly brands.

• Uses insights to inform early commercialization and pricing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

• Develops and communicates evidence-based payer value propositions that align with the brand strategy and value messaging framework.

• Leads cross-functional collaboration to develop integrated payer strategies that ensure consistency between PRA, marketing, and medical priorities.

• Prepares evidence-based dossiers, materials, and value stories that effectively communicate the value of Lilly brands to payers.

• Supports the implementation of value-based agreements and risk-sharing initiatives grounded in data and payer insights.

• Builds trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including payers, trade associations, and advocacy organizations.

• Ensures timely and transparent delivery of PRA-related initiatives, maximizing synergies and efficiencies across teams.

• Coordinates with global and IBU PRA colleagues to share learnings and best practices.

• Applies omnichannel engagement tools (OCE) to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful payer communication.

• Defines and tracks performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of PRA strategies and customer experience outcomes.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, or HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven experience engaging with payers, HTA agencies, or health authorities.

• Strong understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and reimbursement processes.
