Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We’re looking for a fixed-term Pricing and Performance Manager to join us on a parental leave cover basis. As the Pricing and Performance Manager you will leverage data and your business acumen to develop and execute commercial and customer centric pricing strategies, whilst maintaining a strong pricing governance and risk management environment. You will identify actionable insights to drive performance and support decision making and be a team player who thrives on simplification and process enhancement.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
4+ years’ experience in a Pricing, Product Management or Analytical role in the Financial Services industry (Banking would be advantageous)
An analytical thinker with strong skills for converting data into performance insights
A self-starter with a high level of curiosity, drive and attention to detail
Proactive risk management with the ability to identify and manage risks appropriately
Strong stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferably degree qualified with a major related to either commerce or data analysis
