The Pricing Analytics & Data Science Analyst position provides support to the organization for all initiatives related to administering and maintaining pricing records and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for supporting Pricing Operations for Latin America, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and consistent execution across markets. Key responsibilities include 1st wave: Price maintenance & controls: oversee list build/load activities, pricing controls, and ongoing cost and floor price updates. Price reporting & analytics: deliver reconciled sales performance analysis and standardized KPI packs to support pricing and commercial reviews. 2nd wave: Bundle opportunities & pricing analysis: manage intake, analytical evaluation, governance support, approval preparation, and price activation. Business case support: frame and model tender and pricing cases, ensuring robust assumptions, governance alignment, and decision‑ready outputs.
• Collation, preparation, and review of pricing information to support CBS, Strategic Pricing Lead, FBPs and Commercial Leads including monthly/quarterly trade dashboards and pricing data analytics reports.
• Assist and maintain pricing reporting based on reporting systems (Power BI, SAP, Hyperion) to ensure appropriate information can be collected, analyzed, and reported organized and concluded within the defined timetable.
• Participation in group projects as they arise.
• Review opportunities on Price Optimization including pricing segmentation, cost to selling price gap analysis, new product pricing and product conversion pricing strategy.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a financial or analytic environment
• Previous experience working in Shared Services environment will be an advantage.
• SAP Pricing configuration and maintenance (SAP SD – Pricing)
• Experience with pricing condition types, price lists, discounts, and customer‑specific pricing and exposure to pricing and margin data.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical acumen and statistical modeling to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
• Ability to prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines.
• A customer-first mindset to fit with our “forever caring” brand with strong stakeholder management and seeking to work effectively in matrix team environment.
• Proactivity and an “own it” mindset.
• Ability to analyze financial data and draw conclusions and proposals from it, capable of going beyond number knowledge.
• Excellent IT skills are also expected

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics or Mathematics

Languages

• English level C-1 English a must

Working Conditions:

• We support a hybrid working approach with 1 day/week working from our Bogota office.
• As you will be supporting markets in multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
