Title and Summary

Priceless Platform Operations Senior Analyst

The Priceless Platform team is looking for a Priceless Platform Operations Senior Analyst. The ideal candidate is passionate about the consumer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This role supports content for the Priceless Platform to drive cardholder engagement and conversion. You will work with the content authoring team, customer success team, content sourcing team and customer service team to ensure everything throughout the content creation process is accomplished successfully and on time.

Role:

• Support operations by working with local markets and agencies to launch experiences on the Priceless Platform
• Become a subject matter expert on product functionality and content authoring process using internal custom tools and content platform
• Act as lead project manager for onboarding new markets and agencies to the Priceless Platform
• Provide input into new functionality and overall process improvement
• Create new and edit existing training documentation and train agencies on content entry
• Partner with content authoring team to ensure that products are properly built and well-positioned and optimized for success
• Collaborate with various internal teams (marketing, fulfillment, customer success, product, engineering, and accounting) to ensure seamless program launches and execution
• Prepare solution-oriented ideas around content production as it pertains to admin development and improvements leveraging research, best practices, competitive audits, etc. and working with various stakeholders to implement the ideas based on priority and need



All About You:
• College Degree or equivalent education preferred
• Well-organized and extremely detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to take initiative
• Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
• Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of diverse and geographically distributed team
• Creative problem solver
