Raytheon Execution Operations (XOPS) has an opportunity for a Preventive Maintenance Planner at its Andover, MA facility. The Machine Tool Maintenance (MTM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planner is responsible for the planning, upkeep, and delivery of PM data and services to all locations supported by the Andover MTM Team. The PM Planner will manage the day-to-day operations of the Preventative Maintenance program and support PM Manager in the development and implementation of services and technology. 

What You Will Do

  • Plans, develops, and implements all processes associated with the MTM team to include the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance process.
  • Responsible for ensuring all processes are aligned with Company’s Command Media as well as adhering to all Federal, State, and local requirements.
  • Work with Area leads, MTM Trades, and MTM Management to develop and implement Preventive Maintenance plans.
  • Evaluate PM plans and asset availability for program effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development of reports as well as fulfilling on demand data requests.
  • Frequent interface/partnering with Raytheon Facilities, Quality, Operations, EHS, and Security Leadership.
  • Support the development and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 
  • Responsible for providing training to the MTM staff on the use of the CMMS and associated business processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of new services and technology.
  • Support the procurement of materials and services, timekeeping, and training.
  • Assist MTM Management and Trades with other duties as required.

Qualifications You Must Have  

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, and / or Data Planning.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Strong experience, understanding, and ability to use CMMS.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with experience to interface across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with Maximo, or other Computerized Maintenance Management System, including but not limited to SAP and PRISM.
  • Previous experience in the use and development of data reporting software, basic SQL database/query experience.
  • Ability to function in a challenging, result driven, fast paced, team setting.
  • Ability to work well within a team, and to foster teamwork with Internal Customers. Experience interfacing, coordinating, and scheduling External Vendors and Suppliers.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve client/customer issues.
  • Proven record of cost reduction initiatives and efficient service order implementation to deliver solutions.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
