We are seeking a skilled and reliable Press Department Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of mechanical tasks using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to support efficient and high‑quality manufacturing operations.

What you'll do:

• Operate punch presses, scroll machines, and assembly equipment across multiple production lines to produce caps that meet all quality specifications established by the Quality Control Department.
• Perform routine mechanical work and adjustments to ensure machines run safely, efficiently, and within required tolerances.
• Conduct general maintenance on assigned equipment, focusing on both functional performance and safety compliance.
• Monitor production output, identify issues, and take corrective action to maintain consistent product quality.
• Support a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment.

What you'll need to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial machinery.
•  Ability to use precision measuring tools and mechanical equipment.
