Job Summary
Acrisure is seeking a President for Reli Title to join and lead our continued growth, advance operational excellence, and strengthen our position as a premier title services provider. As President, you will shape the strategic vision of the organization and lead an experienced team responsible for delivering high-quality title services and outstanding customer experience across all markets. In this role, you will oversee business operations, financial performance, and long-term growth strategies while ensuring the company’s values and culture remain foundational to everything we do.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of long‑term and short‑term strategic plans that support sustainable growth and market leadership.
Communicate enterprise strategies with clarity and consistency, ensuring agency leaders understand, embrace, and operationalize priorities across their teams.
Ensure the company’s mission is articulated and consistently embedded in daily operations, culture, and client engagement.
Make high‑impact, data‑driven decisions aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Analyze financial statements, sales results, operational data, and market trends to guide business direction.
Proactively assess and mitigate operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks.
Serve as a high‑level executive representative at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enterprise partners, and external stakeholders.
Lead or support acquisition evaluations, integrations, and market expansion initiatives in collaboration with Acrisure Real Estate Services leadership.
Collaborate effectively with enterprise leaders across legal, finance, compliance, technology, HR, and operations to ensure alignment with corporate standards, services models, and enterprise‑wide priorities.
Financial Leadership:
Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with finance partners and leadership, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
Identify cost-optimization opportunities aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
Operational Leadership:
Direct and oversee the delivery of high‑quality title services and exceptional client experiences across all operating markets.
Ensure company‑wide compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with Acrisure Real Estate Services leadership to address operational needs and advance enterprise initiatives.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate programs and processes.
People Leadership:
Model and reinforce strong communication practices across all levels of the organization, ensuring information flows clearly upward, downward, and across teams ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision‑making.
Provide executive leadership that drives high‑performing teams, operational accountability, and successful execution of business objectives.
Partner with Human Resources to select, onboard, lead, and develop organizational talent.
Perform other responsibilities as needed to support organizational success.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years Real Estate, Title, Escrow Services, or closely related industry experience.
Minimum 8 years senior management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong financial acumen.
Experience managing P&L and strategic planning for a multi‑unit, multi‑geography business preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop deep stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated collaborative approach to problem solving skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with enterprise goals.
Proficient with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Familiarity with Qualia preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
