Our DELL Business Unit is expanding fast, and we are looking for talented technical professionals ready to play a key role in enabling partners and driving DELL adoption in B2B market.
Your Role
As a Presales Specialist – DELL, you will act as a trusted technical support to our partners, helping them design and implement advanced solutions. You will:
Provide technical expertise on DELL’s full portfolio.
Support the sales team in partner enablement, technical presentations and demos.
Collaborate with Vendor Managers, Business Development, and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market initiatives.
Guide partners through solution design, architecture, and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
Stay updated on DELL’s roadmap and industry trends, bringing insights to strengthen our offering.
Drive technical enablement sessions, workshops, and certifications for reseller partners.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a presales, technical consultant, or system engineer role, ideally within IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments.
Solid knowledge of networking, server, and storage architectures.
DELL certifications are highly preferred; other vendor certifications are a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English – stronger English skills are considered a plus.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to continuously learn and grow in the ICT space.
