The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op student to join our high-impact team at Loblaws within the PC-Services department. In this role, you will play a critical role in the build out and execution of large-scale merchandising projects, marketing campaigns and other general support for the category as needed .

Loblaws offers Canadians two prepaid brand options including no name mobile and PC-Mobile available at over one-thousand grocery store locations coast-to-coast. Our prepaid mobile products are reliable, high-value and feature industry-leading pricing to help our Loblaw customers Live Life Well.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of merchandising display resets across PC Mobile points of distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, store leadership, PMO office and marketing to ensure a successful implementation of marketing and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular competitive/market intelligence research and performance reporting analysis to identify key insights and make recommendations for next steps.
  • Conduct store audit process to assess planogram and inventory opportunities across all locations nationally. Lead action-planning to address gaps.
  • Provide vacation coverage to the Customer Experience Ambassador, triaging all in-bound customer inquiries and escalating where applicable. 
  • Ad-hoc opportunities for general category support. Including communications, merchandising, promotional planning, website optimization, inventory & logistics and new store launches.

What You Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program, such as Business Administration, Marketing, etc.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong attention-to-detail with demonstrated accuracy working with large, complex sets of data and information
  • Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
