About the Role
Angel City FC is seeking a talented Premium Sales Account Manager to support the continued growth of our premium membership base and deliver elevated experiences that define what it means to be part of Angel City.
This role plays a key part in cultivating and managing relationships with high-value clients — including corporations, C-suite executives, hospitality buyers, and premium seat holders — with a focus on delivering personalized, best-in-class service that reflects the ACFC brand.
The ideal candidate combines a passion for soccer and live entertainment with a refined understanding of premium sales, relationship management, and client experience. This person thrives in a high-energy, performance-driven environment and takes pride in representing one of the most purpose-driven organizations in sports.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you would be expected to:
- Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and activity goals to support the organization’s overall ticketing and premium sales objectives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new premium membership, suite lease, and hospitality opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium clients, corporate partners, and key decision-makers across industries.
- Conduct tailored presentations and in-person meetings to position premium inventory and experiences aligned with client objectives.
- Deliver exceptional service to premium members, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and referral growth.
- Utilize CRM systems to accurately track sales activity, maintain client records, and support a robust and reportable pipeline.
- Partner cross-functionally with Service, Partnership, and Marketing teams to create high-impact client experiences.
- Represent Angel City FC at matches, networking events, and community activations.
- Support game day execution, including hosting clients and managing premium seating areas.
- Demonstrate thoughtful, creative approaches to prospecting, relationship building, and client appreciation.
What We’re Looking For

- Proven success in premium, B2B, or high-value ticket sales, preferably within professional sports, luxury hospitality, or entertainment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
- A polished, proactive, and relationship-first approach to sales and service.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce and Archtics preferred).
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English/Spanish a plus).

Compensation
This role pays $24.00 per hour, based on experience, plus commission.
