What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking a dynamic Precinct Marketing & Customer Experience Manager to join our team at a premier mixed-use Melbourne CBD asset. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with exceptional customer experience delivery to curate and elevate the precinct's brand and community engagement.
As the custodian of place and experience, you will lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives that foster a vibrant community whilst maintaining premium grade standards across all touchpoints.
An overview of the role:
Marketing & Communications
· Develop and execute precinct-wide marketing and communications strategies across multiple channels including digital platforms, EDMs, websites, social media, and direct communications
· Lead copywriting and content creation to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
· Manage marketing campaign delivery including events, competitions, and promotional activities
· Oversee all creative and advertising deliverables in partnership with agency partners
· Execute design work using InDesign, Photoshop, and other creative programs
· Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing materials
Customer Experience & Engagement
· Curate and implement customer engagement strategies designed to connect with multiple levels within tenant organisations
· Lead the delivery of events and experiential activities throughout the year
· Manage customer portal platforms and coordinate concierge services
· Oversee provision of bespoke services and building amenities including wellness initiatives
· Handle tenant enquiries end-to-end to facilitate premium customer experiences
· Support customer retention strategies and relationship development
Digital & Data Management
· Manage content across all digital platforms including websites, social media, community portals, lift screens, and directory boards
· Oversee database acquisition and management systems
· Conduct regular data analysis and performance reporting using Google Analytics and CRM systems
· Develop monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations
Stakeholder Management
· Collaborate effectively with building management teams, portfolio teams, and external partners
· Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
· Prepare reports and attend regular client and stakeholder meetings
· Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and objectives
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
· 3+ years' experience in customer experience, marketing, communications, or events management
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven copywriting abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience with online and offline communication channels
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
· Ability to manage high-volume output with competing deadlines
· Keen eye for detail and commitment to premium standards
· Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude
