Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Make sure they have all the correct ingredients and check for correct lot codes.
Responsible for making pre-mix for each line following mixing sheet.
Ensure that each bucket is marked with the appropriate batch formula number, shift and the date made.
Make sure they leave 3 buckets of pre-mix prior to the end of their shift to prevent shortages.
Communicate with supervisors and/or lead of any problems with the product
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Responsible for housekeeping in the area.
Responsible for food safety, food defense and food quality.
Other duties as assigned.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain personal cleanliness
Basic math skills
Promote safe work habits in the area.
Working Relationship:
Works as a team support and communicating with other team members.
Supervision:
This position reports to the Production Supervisor.
Does not directly supervise any employees.
Physical Demands:
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Constant reaching and bending
Able to work on feet for the entire shift.
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills
Education: HS Diploma or GED
Experience:
Previous production experience preferred.
