About the Team:

FIS Prophet is an award‑winning global actuarial modeling platform widely used across Life, Annuity, and Health insurance markets.

The Business Solutions Group supporting Prophet is seeking a North America–based actuary to represent Prophet across the US, Canada, and Bermuda markets. You will be part of a team of actuaries and technology specialists who collectively support companies across the Americas region.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in Development, Solutions Management, Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services to support prospects and clients in evaluating and implementing Prophet.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Understanding, analyzing, and clearly articulating client requirements across life and annuity lines of business in the US, Canada, and Bermuda.

• Demonstrating how Prophet can address regulatory and actuarial modeling needs, tailored to each client.

• Building and delivering proof‑of‑concept models, including ALM structures, liability projections, and capital requirement calculations.

• Presenting and explaining actuarial methodologies, model governance concepts, and technology capabilities to technical and executive audiences.

• Maintaining an industry presence to raise awareness of Prophet across North America.

• Engaging with clients to understand evolving regulatory requirements and modeling practices.

• Collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with product roadmap and implementation strategies.

What You Bring:

• Credentialed actuary (FSA, FIA, or equivalent; US‑recognized designation required).

• Extensive experience in the North American life and annuity insurance industry, including pricing, reserving, capital modeling, and ALM.

• Strong knowledge of US regulatory frameworks (NAIC, US GAAP/LDTI, RBC), plus familiarity with OSFI (Canada) and BMA (Bermuda) solvency and reporting standards.

• Proven experience with actuarial modeling software, ideally Prophet or similar platforms.

• Expertise developing and validating ALM models and balance‑sheet projections.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Added Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with Prophet or Prophet components (ALS, Risk Management Suite, Enterprise/Managed Services).

• Experience in US and Canadian consulting or commercial actuarial roles.

• Experience with BMA Economic Balance Sheet or modern capital frameworks.

• Experience with data‑driven modeling, cloud‑based actuarial solutions, or model governance frameworks.

The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
