Role Overview:

The Pre-Enablement Specialist is responsible for daily operational work within Salesforce, with a primary focus on managing the sales2board mailbox and ensuring accurate processing, analysis, and classification of cases within the Pre-Enablement Queue. The role requires precision, effective case management, and consistent monitoring of assigned items.

This role significantly contributes to the efficiency and reliability of the end‑to‑end sales enablement ecosystem. Through rigorous data validation, structured workflow management, and precise case routing, the Pre‑Enablement Specialist ensures that sales teams, operations teams, and partner functions can operate with accurate information and minimal process

friction.

The position reinforces data quality, strengthens compliance with internal standards, and ultimately supports improved customer and stakeholder experiences. Additionally, the role operates within the framework of the new Milestones system, which enables precise monitoring of SLAs, response times, and the actual time spent on each case across individual departments. Milestones provide full visibility into key operational indicators — such as First Response, Departmental SLA, and Overall SLA — enhancing process transparency, simplifying reporting, and supporting data driven decision making. The introduction of this system also significantly improves collaboration across operational, sales, and support teams, as full visibility into resolution times, handover points, and service quality allows other departments to receive more complete, accurately classified, and timely escalated cases. This reduces rework, minimizes delays, and ensures that the Pre-enablement specialist has a direct impact on maintaining high service standards and the overall efficiency of end to end workflows across the organization.
