The Pre-Arrival Marketing Coordinator telephonically uses sales techniques to encourage eligible guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours in order to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to the Company, assists guests in mapping out their vacation agenda, responds to any guest concerns and provides excellent customer service to guests.

This position will be involved in computer tasks and telephone communication for extended periods, including but not limited to, customer service.
