The Opportunity!
As the Prairies Training Coordinator, you are responsible for identifying learning needs and performance barriers with a view to developing and delivering training solutions that grow sales, improve client retention, and guide employee development to progressively more senior roles. The Prairies Training Coordinator identifies barriers to learning and ensures proactive development plans are in place to complete value-added training solutions.
The Prairies Training Coordinator identifies barriers to learning and ensures proactive development plans are in place to complete value-added training solutions. The Prairies Training Coordinator facilitates education enrollments, in class/virtual training sessions, sources other training options, creates training manuals and monitors for effectiveness and tracks metrics to meet organizational goals.
· Full-time, permanent career opportunity based at one of our HUB Prairies locations.
What you will bring to the role –
· Previous experience in a licensed insurance role that is customer facing is an asset
· Minimum Level 2 General License is required.
· CAIB, CIP designation, or equivalent is preferred
· Certificate or Diploma in Adult Education or other related discipline is an asset.
· Previous experience coordinating and conducting workplace learning solutions is an asset.
· Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
· Pro-active and a self-starter with keen attention to detail.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
