Hiring, training, and mentoring staff
Foster a supportive environment through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance conversations with both staff and clinicians
Ensure staffing and scheduling are thoughtfully planned to support smooth daily operations and patient flow
Keep all required trainings on track and completed in a timely manner
Patient Experience Matters:
Ensuring patients are scheduled smoothly and registered correctly
Helping patients feel seen, heard, and well taken care of—even when they have questions or concerns
Making sure patient records are accurate and up to date
Behind-the-Scenes Operations:
Managing the day-to-day details like cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
Keeping us compliant with healthcare regulations and best practices
Managing inventory and liaising with vendors
Finances & Workflow:
Overseeing billing, coding, and banking processes
Keeping an eye on spending and helping the practice stay financially healthy
Making sure billing and claims are handled quickly and accurately
Big Picture Support:
Making sure policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed
Acting as the go-between with our Home Office (Corporate Office)
Helping maintain a respectful, collaborative, and supportive work culture
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience (or an equivalent combo of education and experience)
Are experienced in managing teams and understand HR best practices
Know your way around medical billing, coding, and terminology
Are organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
Are comfortable navigating healthcare laws, ethics, and compliance
Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Work Environment: This role is based in a medical office setting. You’ll be on your feet, interacting with staff and patients, and occasionally assisting with little ones. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role that truly makes a difference.
Compensation Offered:
Salary - Salary Plan, 80,000.00 USD AnnualThe salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
