The Benefits and Redemption Officer will ensure accurate and timely processing of pension and collective investment claims, preparation of trustee reports for board presentation, and facilitation of stakeholder engagements. The role also involves monitoring fund availability, preparing operational reports, and supporting compliance with regulatory and governance standards.

Degree in Business discipline or equivalent courses, or other relevant certifications.
Full grade 12 certificate
Minimum 3 years’ experience in pension administration or financial services
