Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying needs and developing Lean training for all aspects of the business enterprise to further the implementation of the PPI Business System;
- Educate site employees on PPI Business System methodologies and applications through project work, individual mentoring, classroom training, and other methods as needed;
- Facilitates and leads PPI projects aiming at waste elimination, quality and capacity improvement process optimization and standardization utilizing standard PPI tools and methodologies, share experience;
- Analyze processes and collaborate with key business partners to find opportunities, present ideas and make recommendations based upon analysis to further business goals;
- Provide support to develop problem solving capability within the organization at all levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations or business.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of work experience,
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Proficient knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Knowledge of Lean fundamentals and PPI Business System;
- Strong social skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence leadership and all levels of the organization;
- Great communicator, including solid written, oral and presentation-giving skills;
- Proven track record for developing, training, and coaching teams.

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2 625,00–€3 937,50.
