Overview of the role: 

We have a thrilling opportunity in our Performance Marketing Team for a person passionate about paid and organic search. They should have experience improving results through PPC and ASO channels.  

You’ll be reporting to our PPC & ASO Manager as part of the team of organic and paid search enthusiasts. You will help drive and complete all aspects of paid search strategy for PokerStars.com, across multiple search engines and markets.  

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned. 

What you’ll do: 

You will support the formulation of paid strategies in your designated markets, follow through on agreed plans, and manage routine PPC tasks on Google, Bing, and Apple. 

You will support driving our ASO performance forward across all regions, owning the ASO plans with clear prioritizations aligned with the help of relevant collaborators.  

You will monitor budgets and performance metrics for PPC and ASO, analyse and compile reports on campaign effectiveness, including competitive landscape, important metrics, and recommendations on opportunities for growth.  

You will recommend adjustments and optimisation actions to ensure the quality of paid campaigns and achieving performance targets. You will audit and analyse app performance, perform competitor and keywords research, produce creative briefs, monitor app sentiment, and optimise to improve app visibility. 

You will stay informed about the latest ASO trends and contribute to the App Store Optimisation strategy for PokerStars apps. This includes building and completing A/B testing plans.  

You will also help build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators and colleagues from other Marketing teams as well as external partners.  

What you’ll bring: 

  • Initial experience in planning and implementing PPC Search campaigns across Google and Bing 

  • Understanding of App Store Optimisation along with familiarity with the latest ASO techniques 

  • Knowledge of app campaigns in Google and Apple desirable 

  • Understanding of digital marketing, especially paid and organic search engine marketing 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and skill in developing insightful reports 

  • Analytical and focused, with attention to detail 

  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines 

  • Great teammate with good interpersonal skills 

As a perfect fit for this role you will possess: 

  • Previous experience within the gaming and/or gambling industry 

  • Experience working with bidding platforms (SA360) 

  • GA4 proficiency
