What you’ll do:

  • Support the Power Production Division with day-to-day office tasks
  • Schedule interviews and assist with candidate coordination
  • Order and restock office and kitchen supplies
  • Help prepare for meetings—organize materials, take notes, and coordinate lunches
  • Assist with document updates and other clerical duties

What you’ll need:

  • Must be enrolled in a college or university and available to work year-round
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Clear communication and a positive, professional attitude
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Previous office or administrative experience is helpful but not required
