We are looking for a Power Platform and Agentic AI Developer who wants to be part of Vivicta. Vivicta drives enterprise-wide transformation across customers’ business processes, applications, and infrastructure.
When joining Vivicta as a Power Platform and Agentic AI Developer:
You join a skilled team of Power Platform and wider Microsoft technology experts where you learn new things with your colleagues
You will work as a developer on customer deliveries
You will play an active role in designing new innovative services based on future business trends and needs
You will work as a technical specialist supporting sales on expanding services for existing and new customers.
We are looking for:
Experience designing Agentic AI systems and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) within the Microsoft stack (Copilot Studio, Foundry)
Experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, Power Pages, and other Microsoft tools
Ideally, proficiency in extending the Power Platform through C#, JavaScript, PCF components, and/or Azure coding and integration tools
Strong understanding of effective UX design principles
Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps frameworks
Professional proficiency in both Finnish and English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage.

You like to work with the customers, and you embrace continuous learning and you also like to teach others. You fluently work on a team consisting of people from local and near/off-shore locations. The person we are looking for should have consulting mindset with proactive and problem-solving attitude. Good communication and presentation skills are big plus.
