This internship position is a full‑time role for a fixed duration of six months. While the role requires full‑time commitment, the team offers reasonable schedule flexibility to support individual needs, in coordination with the people manager. The program is intended to provide a focused, immersive industry experience aligned with Intel’s professional work environment and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Contribution: Apply electrical engineering fundamentals including circuit analysis, RC/RLC circuits, and AC analysis to real-world power integrity challenges
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams across hardware design, validation, and product development to execute strategic projects
  • Hands-on Learning: Gain practical experience with industry-standard tools including Sigrity PowerSI, PowerDC, HSpice, Matlab, and HFSS
  • Innovation Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions, technical reviews, and emerging technology exploration to drive continuous improvement
  • Documentation and Analysis: Document project results, lessons learned, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making processes
  • Professional Development: Engage in mentorship opportunities and technical discussions to enhance problem-solving skills and industry knowledge

Qualifications:

This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English.

  • Enrollment or graduate in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.

  • 3+ months of knowledge or experience in:

    • Product development practices and methodologies.

    • Electrical engineering fundamentals, including Circuit analysis, RC/RLC circuits and Basic AC analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ months of knowledge or experience in:

    • Innovation and interest in exploring cutting-edge technologies.

    • Electrical simulation software knowledge such as Sigrity PowerSI, PowerDC, HSpice, Matlab, HFSS.

    • PCB design and circuit simulators.
