Job Description
What will you do?
Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor asset and liability performance, compliance metrics, risk analytics, and performance attribution.
Enable dynamic functionality to drill down into detail views by asset classes, region, sector, ratings etc.
Develop dashboard to track changes in regulatory capital (capital charge by asset class, duration, etc.)
Work with data engineers and IT teams to ensure clean, well structured, and timely data flows.
Maintain documentation on data sources, calculations, and assumptions used in Power BI reports.
Partner with product, finance, actuaries, risk management teams to understand evolving data needs.
Automate reporting process and reduce reliance on excel based workflows.
Ensure consistency and version control of published dashboards
Help design presentations (alongside the primary portfolio manager) to tell the story of investment and ALM actions
Use data and graphical tools to support business cases for growth.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Minimal bachelor’s degree in computer science, quantitative mathematics or related fields with working knowledge on insurance asset and liability management.
3+ years of working experience in data visualization with a focus on Power BI or equivalent.
Proficiency in developing data pipelines and standardizing procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
Solid understanding on various asset classes (bonds, equities, linear and nonlinear derivatives, structured products), capital requirements, and portfolio level analytics.
Passionate to solve technical problems and flexible to adapt to changes in a dynamic working environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across investment, risk and other functional partners.
Nice-to-have
Experience with Insurance company data and reporting process.
Knowledge of large-scale data warehouses such as Snowflake would be an Asset.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
