Core Objective:
To establish and optimize the sales operations system while serving as a key liaison to deeply engage in post-merger integration (PMI) and the realization of synergistic value for acquisition projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Post-Merger Integration Support:
Act as the Integration Management Office (IMO) point of contact, participating in the formulation and execution of team integration plans.
Analyze the acquired company’s existing sales funnel, customer structure, and contract terms to identify integration synergies and risks.
Support integration efforts across different sales teams regarding coverage models, account handovers, and cross-selling.
Track and report on the realization of sales synergy value post-integration.
Change Management & Communication: Assist in developing and executing communication plans for the acquired team, managing expectations, mitigating resistance, and ensuring the retention of key talent.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders to identify potential targets and lead the commercial/sales due diligence (DD) process.
3. Sales Operations System Construction & Management:
Design and implement sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), sales Playbooks, and CRM usage standards.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, conducting data analysis to support management decision-making.
Manage sales-related training, incentive schemes, and budgeting.
4. Business Process Support: Coordinate and handle finance, legal, and administrative processes related to the acquired entities.
1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Investment, or Post-Investment Management. Priority will be given to candidates with M&A integration or Sales Operations experience. Overseas work experience and relevant resources are highly preferred.
2. Skills: Strong business analysis, process design, and project management skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with sales management methodologies and tools. Deep understanding of the internet industry/business models.
4. Attributes: Highly structured thinker with strong attention to detail; able to maintain clarity in complex, multi-threaded tasks. Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (working language).
