Leads the post-disaster evaluation, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts of NRRO. Ensures lessons learned from network outages, disaster events, and operational incidents are systematically captured, analyzed, and applied to improve recovery processes, governance frameworks, and overall network resilience. Supports NRRO’s transition from recovery to strengthened preparedness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect and consolidate post-disaster data across all network domains (Core, Transport, Access, Power).
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Evaluation for network disruptions.
Evaluate effectiveness of recovery actions, command activation decisions, and resource allocation.
Identify process gaps, vulnerabilities, and areas for operational improvement.
Develop recommendations for network design enhancements, resilience measures, and operational procedures.
Support updates to DR/NRRO playbooks based on lessons learned.
Facilitate workshops, debriefs, and after-action reviews with internal teams and external partners.
Track and report on continuous improvement initiatives and their implementation status.
Ensure knowledge management of disaster events is maintained and accessible for future planning.

Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Network Engineering, Disaster Management, or related field
5–10 years of experience in post-incident evaluation, network operations, or continuous improvement
Experience in Root Cause Analysis, network resiliency programs, or disaster recovery evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with telecom operations across Core, Transport, Access, and Power networks
Experience facilitating workshops and reporting to executive leadership
