岗位职责:

报销及费用管理

  • 协助处理自装员工 TA代申请
  • 审核并跟进 MER报销,处理相关问题。
  • 整理报销发票并提交至简柏特系统。
  • 维护员工 MER费用清单

系统操作与订单管理

  • JDE系统下单(如自装及海外签证等相关费用)。
  • 建立并维护 X-Order主文件

签证及资料管理

  • 整理并处理海外签证相关资料。

工会事务

  • 协助收取工会费,统计福利发放情况并通知员工。
  • 收集并更新邮寄地址。

员工信息维护

  • 更新员工资质信息及通讯录。

岗位要求:

  • 学历:本科及以上,专业不限。
  • 技能
    • 熟练使用 Excel、Word 等办公软件。
    • 有基础的英文读写能力,能处理海外签证基础资料。
  • 能力
    • 工作细致,责任心强,具备良好的沟通与协调能力。
    • 学习能力强,能快速熟悉公司系统(如 JDE)。
